The Continuous Annealing Furnace is designed for controlled heat treatment of iron components, ensuring uniform heating, soaking, and cooling. The furnace casing consists of a rigid steel shell with an electrically welded steel frame, providing excellent structural strength and durability.
The lining is made of ceramic fiber modules for superior insulation and reduced heat loss. A gas-tight pot manufactured from heat-resistant steel ensures oxidation-free processing. The insulated door closes the retort gas-tight, while sealing between the retort and retort cover is achieved using a water-cooled neoprene ring and hand wheel operated quick acting clamps.
